WHAT WE DO
Executive Talent Assessment: We bring both our recruiting and coaching expertise to bear in providing an assessment of the executive talent needs of our client companies. We go in prior to bringing on new talent to assess the strength of the current executive team as well as defining the needs for new talent.  This can save our clients time and money by insuring the correct hires and executive team strengths.

Retained Search: We recruit at the executive level for high-tech companies and focus on the functional areas of Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development.

Brokered Search^®: We represent a select group of executives, presenting them on an opportunity basis to companies and venture capital firms.

Executive Coaching: We offer individualized executive coaching to board members and executives who need to "step up" a level, and executives who need to overcome ?career derailing? skill deficits.

Team and Culture Development: We design and facilitate team development activities including retreats, roundtables and seminars. In addition, we help our clients to build or update their company culture and organizational structure.

Retreat Planning and Facilitation: We provide planning and facilitation for a wide variety of retreats and meetings including board meetings, team off-sites, and leadership team meetings.
