If You Record it, Will They Listen? Our podcasts are designed to answer this one central question. While the hotshot MBA schools take an academic approach to their podcasts and the goliath e-learning companies come from a training mindset we identify real workplace situations that employees face daily and build podcasts around them. We speak in the voice of today’s workplace and share simple strategies for success in highly intuitive terms that are understandable and easily actionable. Finally, our podcasts are compelling, real, and fun to listen to. What more could you want?
So, What’s The Deal? Our audio podcasts average 8 to 14 minutes in length and are done in an entertaining talk show format. Your employees can listen on their computer through any web browser or download to any mp3 capable player and listen while working out, driving, taking a walk, or on business travel. Our content is licensed on a yearly basis and priced according to the number of employees who’ll have access.
Let Me Count The Ways Our Podcasts Can Be Deployed: Our podcasts can be used as part of a blended learning solution and as a development tool following a 360° or other talent assessment. A custom library of podcasts can be created for self-service individual development that is easily monitored by L&D staff. Managers and HR staff use them as tools to address performance issues and to enable staff to step up a level. Finally, they can be deployed as a self-directed learning and development tool for the entire employee population.
I Get It, But What Competencies Can I Learn? We cover critical workplace competencies such as leadership, coaching skills, teams, management, delegation, communication, careers, diversity, interpersonal skills, personal excellence, and organizational savvy among others.
If You Like What You’re Hearing Let Me Hear a Testimonial: Our podcasts are a welcome addition to the toolbox of today’s learning and development professionals. Listen to what a Director of Training at one of our client companies has to say...
"I would like to express how ecstatic I am about the new podcasts introduced recently to [our] employees. I have listened to both topics offered...and with all the changes taking shape in our company this is refreshing and most needed for the future of our company success. I am anxious to see and hear of the upcoming topics. The messages in these podcasts spoke volumes to the reality faced in today's corporate environment. Thanks, for thinking of all of [our] employees and your selection of information relating to such realistic situations."
