We take a new approach to executive search by
recruiting executive talent for our corporate
clients, and by recruiting companies for our “select”
executive clients. We believe in the power of
solid, mutually beneficial relationships.
Brokered Search®: We represent a select
group of executives, presenting them on an opportunity
basis to companies and venture capital firms.
For example, when an executive we work with is
ready to make a career move we will look for opportunities
with our partner venture capital firms and companies.
We call this Brokered Search®, and there is no
cost to the executive.
Refer New Career Opportunities: If TalentPlanet
has a career opportunity that might be of interest
to an executive we’ve worked with we will contact
them to let them know about the opportunity. If
they are in a position to make a career move and
the opportunity is of interest we will arrange
for them to meet with the hiring manager. If they
are not ready to make a move it gives them the
chance to refer the opportunity onto their business
associates, thereby helping them to build their
professional network.
We operate with the highest professional ethics
in all of our work and never recruit talent out
of our client companies.
